Shipping within Canada

polective offers free shipping across Canada that are $180 CAD and over.* Please allow up to three business days for order processing. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday from Toronto.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

* Excludes remote areas of Canada. We will contact you if additional fees apply.

polective strives to ensure that your order arrives within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot be held liable for delayed or lost shipments. Customers whose parcels are returned to polective due to incomplete or erroneous shipping information are required to remit an additional $30 to have the order reshipped to the correct address. Should the customer opt to return the order instead of paying for the charge, polective will apply a $20 return shipping fee against the refund.
