Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with polective (polective apparel co.). We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below before making a purchase. By purchasing from polective, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted under the following conditions:
1. The item you received is defective (unworn), or
2. You received the wrong item(s).
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. Items must have their original tags attached and undamaged.
2. Items must show no signs of use, wear, or damage (some examples include: cosmetics, stains, deodorant, perfume, etc.)
If we verify the defect of the item(s) or wrong item(s) have been sent, and that the items meet the above conditions, we will gladly send you a replacement item.
Please contact us via email at info.polective@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the next steps to ensure you receive a replacement item. All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours upon receiving the defective or wrong items with an unboxing video attached that shows the defect/wrong items clearly.
Shipping
To exchange your product(s), email info.polective@gmail.com.
- polective will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the exchange process should your item(s) conditions meet the requirements outlined above.
- If the product is returned due to incorrect or unreachable address/contact information, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- For packages that are lost or not delivered to polective, polective will be unable to provide an exchange.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
- All refunds will be issued as store credit only. The only exception being should the item(s) become out of stock at the time of purchase, we will issue a refund in full in the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The item that is eligible for an exchange is out of stock for the selected size.
- The item(s) ordered become out of stock at the time of purchase.
- The item that is eligible for an exchange is out of stock for the selected size.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of pole wear, we do not accept returns on any items purchased for hygiene purposes. Please be aware of this policy and consider the following when making your purchase:
- Please note that there might be slight colour differences between the product images and the actual item received. We strive to provide accurate images, but variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to simple change of mind (e.g. style, sizing issues, ...). To ensure the best fit, please consult our Sizing Guide before purchasing. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us through our website or send us a direct message on Instagram @polective. We will do our best to advise.
Final Sale Items
All items listed under final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Package Loss/Stolen/Damage
polective is not responsible for the loss (ie. theft), shortage, or damaged (in transit) of packages once shipped. Please ensure you closely follow the delivery of your shipment and be ready to receive the package. We do not provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
