Returns
Due to the intimate nature of pole wear, we do not accept returns on any items purchased. Please be aware of this policy and consider the following when making your purchase:
- Please note that there might be slight colour differences between the product images and the actual item received. We strive to provide accurate images, but variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. To ensure the best fit, please consult our Sizing Guide before purchasing. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us through our website or send us a direct message on Instagram @polective. We will do our best to advise.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted if:
1. The item you received is defective, or
2. You received the wrong item(s).
Please contact us via email at info.polective@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the next steps to ensure you receive a replacement item. All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours upon receiving the defective items.
Shipping

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
